February 26 Pre-Bell Update

• Overnight Inventory is long. We are currently trading near VWAP at 5994. I will be monitoring the 5998 BZ level and the 6000 psychological level. The goal today is to end Daily One Time Farming Lower.

• Since we are going to open outside of the value area, I will be monitoring for potential initiative longs at/near Value Area High at 5985.

February 26 Plan

Daily One Time Framing Lower continues, value continue to migrate lower. During today’s session sellers were able to migrate value completely below the 6000 psychological level.

• This morning’s liquidation break stalled right around this Balance Zone’s halfback at 5940. Like I said this morning, until Daily One Time Framing Lower ends, we have to assume that sellers are in control in the short/medium term.

• I’m going to be paying attention to the 5968 BZ level. We have today’s Point of Control at 5971 and this month’s open at 5972.50. If we open above it I will try to take responsive longs against that area whereas if we open below it I will be taking shorts there.

Bullish Scenarios:

• Longs above 5969 targeting 5998.

• Longs above 5998 targeting 6028.

• Longs above 6028 targeting 6057.

Bearish Scenarios:

• Shorts below 5969 targeting 5940.

• Shorts below 5940 targeting the gap fill at 5909.75.

Nasdaq:

• Longs above 21,243.00 targeting 21,488.00 followed by 21,661.00.

• Shorts below 21,175.00 targeting 20,930.00 followed by 20,585.00.
