April 2 Pre-Bell Update

  • Overnight Inventory is 100% short. We are still trading inside of yesterday’s range so gap rules don’t apply. We are currently trading below/outside the value area.

  • VWAP is sitting right at the 5647 BZ level.

  • I will be monitoring for interest below the open or below the overnight low. Lack of interest could trigger a correction to overnight not overnight inventory. Maybe a move back to VWAP/5647 area?

April 2 Plan

Buyers were able to trade above yesterday’s high )end of Daily OTF L) once they saw there was no interest below the bottom of yesterday’s single prints at 5593.25. With this move, value has migrated back into the prior balance area that we had between 5647 and 5764.

  • Going into tomorrow’s session I will be monitoring for buyers at 5647 or above the 5676 BZ level which is also where we have today’s POC/VAH. In other words, I will bel looking for initiative longs above today’s Value Area.

Bullish Scenarios:

  • Longs above 5647 or above 5676 targeting 5705.

  • Longs above 5705 targeting 5735 followed by 5764.

Bearish Scenarios:

  • Shorts below 5647 or below 5630 targeting 5530.

Nasdaq:

  • Longs above 19,470.00 targeting 19,782.00 followed by 20,027.00.

  • Shorts below 19,470.00 targeting 19,128.00.
